Steel ropes SEAL

SIX-STRAND steel rope – SEAL – 6 x 31S + IWRC

K1: 0.356 W1: 0.400

Ropes wound in parallel. The outer wire strands are of greater diameters. Ropes are resistant to abrasion. Rope flexibility is ensured by wires of smaller diameters of the first and second layer.

Rough range of the manufactured diameters: 12-28 mm
Examples of use: crane, excavator ropes, etc.

Strength class: 1270, 1370, 1570, 1770, 1960, 2060, 2160

SIX-STRAND steel ropes – SEAL – 6 x 31S + FC

K1: 0.330 W1: 0.356

Ropes wound in parallel. The outer wire strands are of greater diameters. Ropes are resistant to abrasion. Rope flexibility is ensured by wires of smaller diameters of the first and second layer.

Rough range of the manufactured diameters: 12-28 mm
Examples of use: for aerial ropeways, crane, hauling, drilling

Strength class: 1270, 1370, 1570, 1770, 1960, 2060, 2160

SIX-STRANDED steel rope – SEAL – 6 x 27S + IWRC

K1: 0.356 W1: 0.400

Ropes wound in parallel. The outer wire strands are of greater diameters. Ropes are resistant to abrasion. The ropes are less flexible, but tolerate  impact loading very well.

Rough range of the manufactured diameters: 10-22 mm
Examples of use: crane, drilling, excavator ropes apod.

Strength class: 1270, 1370, 1570, 1770, 1960, 2060, 2160

SIX-STRANDED steel ropes – SEAL – 6 x 27S + FC

K1: 0.33 W1: 0.37

Ropes wound in parallel. The outer wire strands are of greater diameters. Ropes are resistant to abrasion. Rope flexibility is ensured by wires of smaller diameters of the first and second layer.

Rough range of the manufactured diameters: 10-22 mm
Examples of use: hauling ropes, drilling, excavator, crane, lift

SIX-STRANDED steel rope – SEAL – 6 x 19S + IWRC

K1: 0.356 W1: 0.400

Ropes wound in parallel. The outer wire strand steel ropes are of greater diameters. They are more resistant to abrasion than the rope STANDARD 6×19 wires. The ropes are less flexible, but tolerate  impact loading very well.

Rough range of the manufactured diameters: 6-22 mm
Examples of use: ropes for excavator, ropes for severe operating conditions; crane, drilling

Strength class: 1270, 1370, 1570, 1770, 1960, 2060, 2160

SIX-STRANDED steel rope – SEAL – 6 x 19S + FC

K1: 0.330 W1: 0.359

Ropes wound in parallel. The outer wire strand steel ropes are of greater diameters. They are more resistant to abrasion than the rope STANDARD 6×19 wire.

Rough range of the manufactured diameters: 5-22mm

Examples of use: lift, crane, excavator, drilling, winch, hauling ropes, ropes for incline, mine and aerial ropeways

Strength class: 1270, 1370, 1570, 1770, 1960, 2060, 2160

EIGHT-STRAND steel rope – SEAL – 8 x 19S + FC

K1: 0.293 W1: 0.340

Ropes wound in parallel. The outer wire strands are of greater diameters. Ropes are resistant to abrasion. Rope flexibility is ensured by wires of smaller diameters of the first and second layer.

Rough range of the manufactured diameters: 7-18 mm
Examples of use: lift ropes

Strength class: 1270, 1370, 1570, 1770, 1960, 2060, 2160
